Each year in early December, the Main Market Square in Nuremberg, Germany is transformed into one of the most atmospheric Christmas Markets in the world. Known as Christkindlesmarkt, this magical place is an enchanting village where visitors browse stalls bedecked with red and white awnings.
The Nuremberg Christmas Market is a festive place to visit during the holidays. While it’s a great place to purchase unique holiday gifts, what I love most about this Market are the delicious holiday foods and drinks for sale. It’s a perfect place to sample European holiday treats and get into the spirit of the season.
